Lawson Group Ltd kicked off a multi-million pound redevelopment of the Marsh Farm site in Luton with the demolition of the former Community Enterprise Resource Centre. The works consisted of the soft strip, and mechanical deconstruction of the building, demolishing former office buildings and adjoining steel factory unit, whilst retaining the site’s two storey office block and the car park facilities. Particular care and consideration was taken with regards to minimising the effect of the demolition on neighbouring residential properties and those working in the office block on the site.
