City centre demolition of retail buildings within an existing terrace.
The site is located on a busy pedestrian precinct, so dust and noise considerations were important to protect the public. Works also involved vibration level controls in order to reduce impact on businesses that could be adversely affected – ie an opticians - in the same terrace.
Structure: Steel and concrete frame; ACM; concrete and timber floors.
