Description:
Soft strip and demolition of a three storey school building; also demolition of ancillary buildings, including a sports hall and prefabricated classrooms.
The foundations were broken up and waste material crushed and recycled. Demolition was phased to allow early possession of the site by the client.
Structure: Tiled roof, brick and glazed infill panels.
